Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for the agency.
Conduct market research to understand target audience needs and industry trends.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies.
Qualify leads and convert them into paying clients through effective communication and presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
Track and analyze sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify trends.
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to clearly communicate the value proposition of our services.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in the digital marketing industry.
A strong network of contacts in the business community.
Experience with lead generation tools and techniques.
