E-commerce Account Manager

Reports To: Head of E-commerce / E-commerce Director
We’re seeking a results-oriented E-commerce Account Manager to oversee the strategic growth and management of key online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce, data-driven decision-making skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Fluency in German is a significant plus.


  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase online visibility, and optimize customer experience across various e-commerce platforms.
  • Account Management and Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key marketplace partners and online retailers. Negotiate terms, manage promotions, and ensure smooth operational processes.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor performance to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.
  • Product Listing Optimization: Create and maintain compelling product listings, ensuring accurate product information, high-quality images, and strategic keyword usage.
  • Budget Management: Plan, track, and optimize marketing and advertising budgets for various e-commerce channels.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and key metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, supply chain, and other departments to ensure alignment of e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.
  • Customer Service (if applicable): Oversee or collaborate with customer service teams to resolve customer inquiries, and returns, and maintain positive feedback ratings.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in e-commerce account management or a similar role.
  • German Language Skills: Fluent or proficient in written and spoken German is a major advantage.
  • Platform Knowledge: Expertise in major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, etc.) and marketplace management tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with data analysis tools and spreadsheet software.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as strong negotiation abilities.
  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

5 Working Days ( Sunday to Thursday )
