ARQQA is looking for a highly skilled Senior Video Editor & Motion Designer who can produce visually compelling videos and motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media content, and branded productions. The ideal candidate combines strong editing skills, creative storytelling, motion design expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within demanding timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, paid advertising, brand campaigns, and commercial projects.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, and visual effects that enhance video storytelling.
- Transform raw footage into polished final videos that align with creative briefs and client objectives.
- Develop different video versions, aspect ratios, lengths, and creative variations for multiple platforms and advertising placements.
- Apply professional color correction, color grading, sound design, audio cleanup, and visual finishing.
- Collaborate with Videographers, Content Creators, Graphic Designers, and Account Managers throughout production.
- Interpret scripts, storyboards, and creative references to develop effective editing and animation approaches.
- Create motion design elements, animated explainers, product animations, and other visual assets as needed.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, visual identity, and campaign messaging.
- Organize project files, footage, assets, and exports for efficient revisions and future access.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks according to deadlines and production requirements.
- Review deliverables for technical quality, accuracy, and platform specifications before submission.
- Stay updated on editing techniques, motion design trends, AI-powered production tools, and emerging creative technologies.
- Provide creative feedback and support to junior editors when needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion design.
- Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing quality, storytelling, and motion graphics skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with DaVinci Resolve is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, transitions, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating video advertisements and social media content for different platforms.
- Knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and post-production workflows.
- Familiarity with AI tools for video editing, motion design, and creative production.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality under tight deadlines.
- Excellent file management, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with creative teams.
