ARQQA is looking for a creative Videographer & Reels Creator who can transform ideas and brand objectives into engaging visual content. This role combines hands-on filming, short-form video production, and creative execution, with a focus on producing high-quality videos optimized for social media platforms and digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, film, and produce high-quality video content for social media, advertising campaigns, branded content, and client projects.
- Create engaging Reels and short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Translate creative briefs and campaign concepts into effective video executions.
- Handle camera setup, lighting, audio recording, framing, and other technical aspects of filming.
- Develop creative filming approaches, transitions, hooks, and visual storytelling techniques suitable for short-form content.
- Collaborate with Content Creators, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Account Managers to deliver content aligned with campaign objectives.
- Participate in pre-production planning, including shot lists, references, locations, props, and production requirements.
- Capture different formats and angles to support multiple content variations and advertising placements.
- Stay updated on social media trends, filming techniques, and emerging content formats.
- Ensure footage is properly organized and handed over for editing and post-production.
- Maintain equipment properly and ensure production requirements are met before and during shoots.
- Manage production schedules and deliver assigned projects within agreed timelines.
- Review final outputs when needed to ensure visual quality and consistency with the creative brief.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in videography, video production, or short-form content creation.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating filming skills and social media video production.
- Practical experience with professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and audio recording tools.
- Good understanding of composition, camera movement, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with short-form video trends and platform-specific content requirements.
- Understanding of framing and formats for vertical, square, and horizontal video.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and contribute original production ideas.
- Familiarity with video editing software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to attend shoots at different locations when required.
