Graphic Designer

Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer at ARQQA Digital. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various digital marketing campaigns including social media, websites, logos, and branding.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for visual content, including web design, social media graphics, print materials, and more
• Create visual assets that align with our brand standards and effectively communicate our value proposition to our target audience
• Manage design projects from conception to completion, ensuring that timelines are met
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, and bring new ideas to the team to continuously improve our visual content
• Develop and maintain design templates and guidelines for use by other departments
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with an agency Background
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience managing and mentoring junior designers is a plus
• Experience in e-commerce or fintech is a plus
• Experience in animation and/or video editing is a plus
